Distrupol appointed sole

Distrupol has been appointed the sole distributor for the injection moulding and extrusion grades of INEOS Polyolefins’ high density polyethylene (HDPE) in the United Kingdom. HDPE is used in a wide range of technical, automotive, and houseware articles, and is noted for its surface finish, ease of processing and cross-grade FDA approval. Prior to this new agreement, Distrupol already held sole distributorship rights for INEOS HDPE in Ireland.

Braskem inaugurates its industrial polypropylene unit in Paulínia, in the state of São Paulo, adding 350 thousand tons per year to its resin production capacity, which is undergoing one of the highest growth rates in consumption. commercial PEEK (polyetheretherketone) facility at its site in Panoli, India. The new facility is now in its start-up phase and is running initial commercial production.
