Husky Injection Molding Systems today announced additional investment in its industry-leading services and sales network with a new, expanded customer technical center that will open in Minami Machida, Japan by autumn 2008.
“This new facility will allow us to better meet the increasing demands of new and existing customers,” said Karl-Heinz Hoefert, Vice President of Service and Sales for Husky in Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan.

Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (“Hexion”) announced today
that it and related entities have filed suit in the Delaware Court of Chancery to declare its contractual rights with respect to its $10.6 billion merger agreement with Huntsman Corporation (“Huntsman”) (NYSE: HUN). The Tobolsk City Duma today held a public hearing to discuss plans by Tobolsk-Polimer LLC (a SIBUR company) to build a 500,000 tpa polypropylene plant and to review the project’s Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
